We want you to love your MATE pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to prepare your package.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
